Youth are leading the way. Here’s how you can walk alongside them.
Your support funds youth leadership, stipends, training, travel, and advocacy efforts across Tennessee. YAAB members are compensated for their time because their expertise has value. Donations cover meeting costs, transportation, leadership training, and technology access.
Collaborate with youth leaders to strengthen systems. We welcome partnerships with service providers, government agencies, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, and community groups. Partners can provide meeting space, co-host events, connect youth to resources, and ensure youth voice is included in system decisions.
Offer mentorship, professional training, meeting space, food for meetings, printing, or technology resources. Volunteers with skills in marketing, graphic design, web development, legal services, or facilitation are especially valued. Adult allies serve as mentors and supporters — not decision-makers.
